Have you ever felt like the lifecycle of a JD Edwards project swallows your hours like mismanaged RAM? I totally get you. Last week, between Monday’s webinar in English and Thursday’s session in Spanish—where we broke down the potential of AI and the new Tool Release 26—the clock simply went on strike. Add an upcoming Go-Live to the mix, plus the inevitable juggling act of personal life, and I found myself in that spot we’ve all been in: wanting to give 200% but only having 24 hours in a day.

At first, I tried to power through. I thought I could keep up the usual pace while create AI processes I showed you in the webinar. But I paused. I remembered that being a good mentor isn't just about knowing Orchestrator; it’s about knowing how to listen to the community. I don’t want to be just another noise in your inbox; I want to be that tool that, like a well-built orchestration, saves you work and provides clarity.

That’s why I’ve decided to redesign how I share this knowledge so it truly adds value without overwhelming you. I’ve come up with four options, and I need you—the ones in the JDE trenches—to tell me which one fits you best:

  1. Daily Pills: Short emails from Monday to Friday covering one specific topic. Perfect for learning something new in 2 minutes.

  2. The Weekly "Bible": A robust newsletter once a week. A complete reference resource with everything new in AI and Orchestrator.

  3. Hybrid Strategy: A mix of both (tell me how you’d imagine it).

  4. Just quit: Mario, just quit and leave me alone.

My goal is for us to keep discovering the hidden potential of JDE together, but at your pace. I truly want to hear from you, so please reply to this email, find me on LinkedIn, or send a smoke signal. I promise to read every one of you and steer the ship based on what the majority prefers.

Thanks so much for being here, and let’s keep sharing the journey!
