This week we built a robust onboarding system using Stateful Orchestrations, UDCs, and Form Requests.
We solved the "Who approves?" problem with a fallback to HR. We solved the "Manual Entry" problem by automating Address Book and User creation.
But what makes this truly powerful isn't the code. It's the Governance.
We have established a standardized process where every user creation is tracked, approved, and executed identically. No exceptions. No "favor for a friend."
When you present this to your Director, don't say "I made a script." Say: "I implemented a secure, auditable Identity Management workflow that reduces onboarding latency by 90%."
That is how you speak the language of value.
