I opened the chat on my phone right in front of Marta
I typed: “Approve order 1348”.
Before doing anything, the LLM replied: “I understood you want to approve Order 101348. Confirm?”
“This is the first filter,” I told Marta. “It asks for confirmation to avoid finger errors, this time the AI correct me the full order number. The human is still in the loop.”
I typed “Confirm”. The little dots started thinking.
“Now, the Chatbot hands the request to the Orchestrator,” I explained.
Here is the key distinction I made for her:
The AI cannot bypass JDE’s logic. It’s physically impossible.
Suddenly, my phone buzzed.
“Order approved.”
Marta took off her glasses.
