Next week, I am starting a new online corporate training with a client. And here is the secret to these sessions: even if the syllabus looks the same on paper, no two trainings of mine are ever the same.
I completely refuse to teach from a theoretical, boring manual.
Before we write a single line of logic, I always ask the client one question: "What is the manual process that gives your team the biggest headaches right now?"
We take those real business pains and solve them live during the sessions.
The client doesn't just get a training certificate; they walk away with a working automation that eliminates bottlenecks, reduces manual errors, and saves their back-office hundreds of hours.
It is a pure win-win. They get their operational needs solved, and I get faced with complex, real-world challenges that force me to keep learning and pushing the boundaries of the system while I teach. And I absolutely love that.
What is the biggest manual headache your team is facing in JDE right now? Let me know in the comments.
(If you missed the Founders List but want to stay updated on future openings and automation strategies, forward this to a colleague and invite them to subscribe to the newsletter).
